Refund policy

At Marivanne, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something doesn't fit right or meet your expectations, we' re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The clothing is unworn, unwashed, and free from odors (including perfume, deodorant, or smoke).
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Please note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Belts and scarves
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email our Customer Care team at info@marivanne.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
  2. Approval & Return Label
    Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a free prepaid return shipping label by email. Print the label and attach it securely to your package.
  3. Send It Back
    Drop off your package at the carrier location listed on the label. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange according to this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping is available for all orders within the United States.
  • We currently do not ship or accept returns from outside the U.S.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Approved returns receive a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
  • Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
